Armed Forces Day 27th June 2020
Although the Coronavirus is still creating mayhem we were able to hold a short service in Burnham on Sea to mark Armed Forces Day. This is normally a grand parade through the High street of Burnham, however, Burnham and Highbridge Town Council organised a brief, socially-distanced ceremony with Burnham and Brent Knoll branches of the Royal British Legion next to the town’s flag pole and fountain in Old Station Approach.
