From my front garden VE Day was a great success we had SPAM sandwiches and rock cakes all washed down with English breakfast tea and a glass of bubbly for the three o-clock toast. We had 5 neighbours in the close vicinity all out to celebrate VE Day, with music from the 1940's playing away. We had some funny looks from people driving by and those who walked by seemed to appreciate the whole occasion.
